What locations do you ship to?
Lucky for you, we are currently offering free worldwide shipping on orders over $75! Be sure to take advantage of this promotion before it's over (we normally offer free shipping on all orders over $99). We package & ship orders to every city across the United States, but of course transit time will vary depending on your location.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible and delivery time depends on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-2 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-7 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control!!! Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes! Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as your order ships. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you ahead of time for your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
If your order happens to get lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our facility. However, in cases like this we still have your back! After we investigate the lost package, we will replace your items with priority shipping and full tracking. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
No, all prices on our webpage are displayed in USD with all taxes completely covered on our end.
Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, it is totally out of our control due to longer wait times with our carriers.
